Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial
reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
GAAP and regulatory standards
Lead client compliance efforts, collaborating with external experts
to fulfill accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations
Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals, fostering a
collaborative environment and overseeing client engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA
license preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a multi-client
environment
2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing a team
effectively
Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
