Job Description:
A company is looking for a Records Collection Specialist II to
maintain patient records and ensure compliance with documentation
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Submit and track physician orders and documentation for
signatures
Maintain electronic medical records and process demographic
changes
Assist clients and co-workers with records procedures and order
tracking
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or equivalent
experience preferred
Knowledge of medical records and HIPAA regulations
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Minimum of 1 year experience in the healthcare industry, preferably
in home health
Proficient in computer use, including experience with dual
monitors
