Job Description:
About the Role: We are looking for a Regional Marketing Leader
for the Americas who will be responsible for overseeing the
integration of all marketing activities and resources within the
region. This role involves developing a regional strategic
commercial marketing plan that identifies and executes commercial
growth opportunities, including geographic expansions and
efficiency projects, while maintaining a comprehensive view of the
customer and market. The leader ensures alignment across various
marketing functions including event services, marcom, digital
marketing, market research, provides direction to both Regional BG
Marketing Leaders and Regional Product Specialist Leaders, and
manages operations planning and resource allocation to optimize
regional performance.
This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our
facility in Tempe, Arizona, hybrid or fully remote work allowedin
most locations within the United States, depending upon the
responsibilities of the role and business needs.

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance
with facility-specific access policies (which may include a
requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one
of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements
including drug screening, background checks, immunization and
training.
Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the
continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate
approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from
the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the
following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work
arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island
(for wage/hourly roles only).
