Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the development and administration of
clinical operations
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care/services
delivered
Manage financial viability by overseeing revenue/expenses and
ensuring service benchmarks are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Healthcare related field
required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum eight (8) years of clinical experience and mastery of
professional or technical role/function
Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in management
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the
minimum qualifications
