Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and
nurture strategic relationships that drive growth and adoption of
its solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned
with business goals
Initiate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners,
ensuring mutual success
Lead partner negotiations and coordinate onboarding and integration
efforts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or
strategic alliances
Strong understanding of database and search technology, AI/ML
ecosystems, and open-source solutions
Proven success in negotiating and scaling strategic
partnerships
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering,
Sales, and Marketing teams
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup
environment
