Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Manager - NICU/Pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate care, resources, and services for members as part of a
multidisciplinary team
Develop and implement member-centric care plans based on
comprehensive assessments
Monitor member progress and adjust care plans as needed, ensuring
effective documentation throughout the process
Required Qualifications
RN with 3 years of clinical NICU/Pediatrics and/or case management
experience
Valid and applicable clinical license (NC or compact multi-state
licensure)
Additional specialty certification (i.e. CCM, CDCES) may be
required within 2 years of employment
