Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Marketing Manager, NA
Distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage strategic marketing relationships with key distributors to
drive partner growth through co-marketing initiatives
Oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and execute multi-channel
campaigns while tracking performance for continuous improvement
Educate internal teams on the distribution model and act as a
liaison between the company and distributors to ensure effective
communication
Required Qualifications
10+ years of partner marketing experience, preferably within
distribution
Proven ability to manage complex ecosystems, including distribution
and reseller models
Expertise in co-marketing, demand generation, and partner
enablement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA
preferred)
Familiarity with CRM, PRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g.,
Salesforce, E2O)
