Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director - Loss Control.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Independent Contractors (ICs) to
enhance performance
Analyze service areas and run daily reports to identify trends in
quality and timeliness
Build professional relationships with peers and ICs while ensuring
production quality and profitability goals are met
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in a related field or role is required
Degree or Professional Designations (CSP, ARM, AINS, CPCU) are a
plus
Industry-specific experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software is necessary
Experience in process management, IC management, and inventory
management is essential
