A company is looking for an Associate Director - Program
Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee program delivery operations and ensure alignment with
university partner expectations
Lead and develop a team of Senior Program Delivery Managers and
Program Delivery Managers
Design and implement data-driven automation solutions to improve
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in higher education, EdTech, or online
learning delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing
teams
Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional
collaboration
Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and performance
improvement
