Position Overview As the Construction Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This position involves overseeing both in-office and field operations, maintaining clear and concise communication with the company owner, and continuously improving our systems and processes. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience, team efficiency, and overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily construction operations, including scheduling and resource coordination for window and door projects. Provide outstanding customer service by answering phones, resolving service issues, and addressing customer inquiries with care. Collaborate with homeowners and contractors to ensure project timelines and expectations are met. Organize and optimize internal systems to enhance operational efficiency. Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, manufacturers, and subcontractors. Maintain strong communication with the company owner, reporting progress, challenges, and solutions. Solve service-related issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Adhere to and contribute to the company's dynamic policies and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing construction projects, including scheduling and resource management. Construction experience and prior management experience are required. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with project management and scheduling tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Quick learner with the ability to think critically and adapt to new systems. Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations. Driven, hardworking, and eager to improve systems and processes.
