Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Wholesale Sales to manage
and grow business within the FIT & Wholesale segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales potential and
identify business opportunities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts while
generating new business
Analyze market segments and business sources to ensure revenue
growth and create promotional packages
Required Qualifications
4-year degree/diploma in Travel Industry Management, Sales &
Marketing, or Business Management preferred
Six (6+) years of experience in proactive direct sales in the
FIT/Wholesale market
Expertise with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams, with
advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Intimate knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands and travel industry
trends
Strong management skills with the ability to monitor client
relationships effectively
