Key Responsibilities
Drive initiatives from end-to-end by collaborating with leadership
and stakeholders across various departments
Analyze customer-facing workflows and data to improve operational
efficiency and service delivery
Design and implement new workflows, reporting, and Salesforce
automations to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of operations or program management experience
in a high-growth environment
Deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to exceptional
customer experiences
Metrics-driven with strong analytical skills, including advanced
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Proven ability to navigate Salesforce, designing workflows and
automations
Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills
