Job Description:
A company is looking for a Major Client Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and communications providers
Manage a complex account base with significant monthly
communications spend
Provide outstanding customer service while identifying and
resolving billing issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of telecommunications experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in account support or project management roles
Proficiency with Visio and experience with RPM
Strong technical proficiency with O365 and CRM database tools
