A company is looking for an Operations & Technical Program
Manager to support client operations and enhance operational
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage feedback loops and implement process changes to enhance
client satisfaction
Oversee system updates and ensure thorough user acceptance testing
prior to release
Lead training on new platform features and collaborate on client
implementations
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in operations, product support, or a
similar role
Expertise in project management processes and best practices
Experience with digital engagement technology solutions and
platforms
Ability to identify problems and propose innovative solutions
Experience working in a remote environment and with cross-cultural
teams
