Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retention Team Manager to lead their
Life/AD&D contact center.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and coaching to team members while fostering a
positive work environment
Set performance goals and monitor team progress, providing ongoing
feedback and career development opportunities
Investigate and resolve issues while identifying process
improvements to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
6-8 years of experience in customer service, administration, or
operations, preferably in financial services or insurance
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Life and Health Licenses required
Prior experience with project management methodology is strongly
preferred
