Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager responsible for
negotiating agreements with healthcare providers and ensuring
effective contract implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and manage contracts with integrated healthcare delivery
systems and providers
Ensure effective implementation of new and renewing contracts
through coordination with other functional areas
Perform analysis of cost and utilization data to assess the
financial and operational impact of contractual proposals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field,
or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree
preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting at a payer, hospital, or health
plan operations preferred
Knowledge of health care contracting policies and procedures
Ability to analyze financial and operational performance data
Familiarity with plan products, benefit packages, and contract
requirements
