Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credentialing and Payor Operations
Manager who can bridge the gap between credentialing/payor
enrollment strategy and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own & optimize credentialing and payor enrollment operations for
efficiency and compliance
Lead process improvements across credentialing workflows in
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Manage provider onboarding & enrollment workflows to ensure timely
and accurate completion
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, credentialing,
payor enrollment, or related fields
Experience in a tech-enabled healthcare or digital health
company
Strong operational expertise with a track record of optimizing
workflows
Familiarity with payor enrollment processes and compliance
regulations
Experience managing cross-functional projects to improve provider
operations
