  • 24 Hr, 8a start with some flexibility needed
  • Prividers Needed: 2
  • Contract Length: July-Sept Dates needed- Specifics forthcoming
  • Shift Details: 24 hour Beeper Call
  • Patient population/age: Adult
  • Department description: OB clinic and department
  • Special procedures: Must be able to perform OB and GYN duties
  • Skills required: Labor and delivery duties
  • Hospital/Medical Center
  • Board Certification Required
  • Active AZ License Required
  • DEA Required
  • Dates starting in early July through at least August and likely beyond
  • EMR: Allscripts
  • Clean background Required
