        Active Unrestricted AZ License
        
        
      • 
        Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP from the American Heart Association --- required
        
        
      • 
        Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) required within one (1) year of hire
        
        
      • 
        Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within one (1) year of hire)
        
        
      • 
        Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
        
        
      • 
        National Institutes of Health (NIH) - NIHSS - NIH Stroke Scale must be completed (within 6 months of hire)
        
        
      • 
        Must have current immunization
        
        
      • 
        Must have at least1-- year of experience
        
        
      • 
        Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
