Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Principal, Clinical
Strategic Account Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of high-value client accounts and establish
strong operational partnerships
Advise clients on software solutions and integration concepts to
enhance operational success
Conduct detailed business reviews focusing on KPI evaluations and
actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
7+ years in an account management role
BA, BS, or RN in any field, or relevant job-related experience with
demonstrated results
Deep understanding of the clinical/data acquisition landscape of
health plans
Proven ability to lead strategy to implementation and define clear
visions for clients
Strong understanding of clinical data standards and operational
processes
