Position Details:

Location: Northern, AZ (1.5 hours east of Flagstaff, AZ)
Contract Length: 13 weeks, + extensions
Shift: Day's - 40 hours weekly

Compensation & Benefits:

Weekly Pay: $2,800
Untaxed Per Diems & Travel Stipend for eligible travelers

Requirements:

Valid Any state Licensure
Valid (AHA) BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience.
Strong understanding of Therapy protocols and procedures
Ability to meet physical demands (standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, and lifting as needed)
