Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist
responsible for performing HR-related duties and supporting senior
HR management.
Key Responsibilities
Administers HR plans, policies, and procedures, including the
employee handbook
Handles benefits administration, employee relations, and conducts
new-employee orientations
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations while
monitoring performance evaluation programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Experience in providing HR support in a high-volume Quick Service
Retail environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
