Goldberg & Osborne LLP is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ 85022. As the largest law firm in Arizona devoted exclusively to the practice of Plaintiffs personal injury law, we are looking for a motivated individual to assist with a variety of legal tasks. This is an in -person position, Monday-Friday 8am to 5 pm. Job Responsibilities: Assist with briefs, subpoenas, trial preparation, and appellate work Prepare legal documents for personal injury from intake to settlement stage Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and ProLaw Handle document production, drafting legal correspondence, and maintaining case files Able to communicate through a variety of channels; clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, all levels of employees/owners.
