Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Paralegal, remote
position working PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare regulatory filings and corporate documents
required by state and federal agencies
Assist in responding to state audits and examinations
Research statutes and regulations related to health maintenance
organizations and corporate governance
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience as a paralegal, including 3 years in
managed healthcare
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA qualified program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Knowledge of NAIC regulations and state insurance departments'
filing portals
