A company is looking for an In-House Attorney to support its
legal department and implementation team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review client agreements and plan documents
Assist in legal research and writing on various legal topics
Monitor state and federal laws impacting the company
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) with an active license and no disciplinary
history
0-2 years of experience in a legal setting
Dependable with a strong work ethic and personal integrity
Ability to handle competing priorities with a sense of urgency
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in Salesforce
is a plus
