Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel (Procurement) to
join their legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and prepare complex commercial contracts, including SaaS
and procurement agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs
with legal terms
Identify and mitigate potential legal and business risks in
contracts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of legal experience, with a focus on negotiating and
drafting contracts
Prior in-house counsel experience, particularly with
technology-related commercial contracts
Licensed to practice law in at least one US state and in good
standing
Experience negotiating with government entities and private
companies
Familiarity with cloud-based software tools like Slack and
Salesforce
