    • Set-up and run Vertical, Horizontal 4 and 5-Axis mills to machine complex rotor craft housings. - - - -
    • Produce High Quality at the Source. Coordinates effort with data from CMM reports. - - - -
    • Prove out new CNC programs during New Product Introduction. - - - -
    • Team with Engineering to develop class leading manufacturing processes. - - - -
    • Implement New Technologies for our machining processes and work-holding solutions. - - - -
    • Knowledge of materials and cutting conditions. - - - -
    • Participates in daily GEMBA and Kaizen events. - - - -
    • Adheres to required safety and housekeeping standards and practices - - - -
    • Helps schedule resources in areas to ensure daily work is achieved - - - -
    • Maintain highly efficient work process using Lean principles to support cost reduction activity - - - -
    • Responsible for operating various CNC machines and equipmentSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
      
      This position will not direct the work of any other employees.

        Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent experience
        
        Experience Required: 5 years' experience with CNC aerospace machining
