Job Description:
At The Husband & Wife Law Team, we believe that our success is a
direct result of the strength of our community involvement and
interactions. Our community ambassador's focus is to help us foster
relationships, build bridges, and create opportunities for
collaboration. Community Ambassadors must be a natural leaders with
a passion for people and a deep understanding of the community in
which we operate as personal injury attorneys. They will be
responsible for developing and executing community outreach
programs, organizing community events, and serving as a liaison
between the community and the company. Our Community Ambassador is
the face of the Husband & Wife Law Team when our leaders can't be.
They interact with residents, businesses, charitable organizations,
motorcycle dealerships and clubs daily. The goal is providing
information about our firm's services, expertise, history,
advantages and programs to generate clients, potential clients, and
brand advocates. By answering questions, resolving issues, and
building relationships, the Community Ambassador will help
strengthen our brand positioning and integrity in various business
and local communities.
As the Community Ambassador your core performance responsibility
combines generating new clients through direct referrals and
managing your budget to meet specific quarterly and annual return
on investment targets. Just as importantly, the manner in which you
represent the firm must align with and demonstrate our core
values.
Role Contributions and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the community and our firm,
promoting a positive relationship.
- Attend community events and functions to represent the company
in a positive light and build relationships with key
stakeholders.
- Organize company participation, donations, or volunteers for
community events, such as fundraisers, food drives, charitable
walks/events, motorcycle events, or clean-up days etc.
- Write articles, blog posts, or social media content
highlighting the company's involvement in the community.
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage the
community with the firm brand in mind.
- Manage, and contribute to strategic business partnerships and
networking organizations with the goal in case referral
growth.
- Manage budgets for community projects and track expenses to
ensure efficient use of resources and achieve ROI goals.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
for community events, co-branded events, publications, digital
placements, and direct event presentations.
- Train new employees on the importance of community engagement
and company policies related to community relations.
- Monitor social media platforms for negative sentiment about the
company and take appropriate action with our social media team to
mitigate any damage.
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking information about
community resources or ways to get involved.
- Keep abreast of community news and developments that could
impact the company Physical fulfillment of client and potential
client gifts including referrals, branding, thank you, and event
follow up.
- Marketing event expense reconciliation, reporting, and
tracking.
- Boots on the ground representation throughout the motorcycle
community all over Arizona. The is an extremely loyal community and
the Community Ambassador must be present whenever possible, while
balancing return on investment for sponsorship and donation
opportunities.
Education:
- BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
preferred.
- Equivalent experience as a Community Ambassador, or Outside
Sales Representative may be considered.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of Sales, Community, or Outside Lead Generation with
a Marketing Focus.
Certificates:
- Certified Sales Development Representative, Certified Inside
Sales Professional, Certified Professional Sales Person, Certified
Master Sales Professional, Certified Sales Executive, Inbound Sales
Certification, Customer Service and Sales Certified Specialist,
Challenger Selling Skills, SPIN Selling. All are a plus, but not
required.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative,
Event Planner, or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools such as
email, text, or mail fulfillment software.
- Experience with data analytics software including CRM data
export, Google Analytics, project management reporting, and
accounting tracking.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office suite, legal CRM,
and creative tools including Adobe suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software and
the ability to implement nurturing campaigns to drive client
conversion from leads.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of soft sales and lead pipeline management
techniques.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to proactively converse
and interact with strangers.
- Supreme command of public speaking and networking with clients,
business decision makers, and non-profit leaders as a regular
audience.
Working Conditions:
- Half time in-office setting in high volume, fast-paced
environment.
- Requires long periods of sitting while completing computer
activities.
- Requires long periods of standing and socializing with event
attendees.
- Ability to travel to and from various in-state locations for
meetings, trainings, supply procurement, event attendance and
execution, utilizing a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift boxes and/or pull mailcart weighing up to 25 -
40 pounds.
- This is NOT a 9-5 position. There will be many weekends and
evenings required to properly execute and succeed.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and collaborate to deliver
the best possible results and execution.
