Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator, P2P Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Peer to Peer calls with payers and follow up on overdue
cases
Document payer call information and enter account status into
multiple databases
Support various departmental functions including case entry, Peer
to Peer, and appeals support
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Call center experience preferred
Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and
Commercial/Managed Care is a plus
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to use formulas
and manage multiple worksheets
Accurate keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 30wpm
