Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Lead Investigator to support
humanitarian programs in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor investigators in evidence collection, witness
screenings, and community support
Establish investigation plans to collect evidence on crimes and
violations related to the Russian State
Coordinate field team activities and ensure compliance with
evidence collection standards
Required Qualifications and Experience
Degree in International Law, International Development, or related
field
7-10 years of experience in international investigations involving
human rights abuses or international crimes
Proven leadership in managing investigation teams and mentoring
junior investigators
Expertise in various evidence collection methodologies, including
HumInt, OSINT, and digital evidence
Strong understanding of international human rights law and relevant
legal frameworks
