Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Annuity Desk Lead, responsible
for establishing and managing a centralized Annuity Desk to support
advisors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the framework for an Annuity Desk, including
workflows and service standards
Provide expert guidance on the annuity marketplace and support
advisor education
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance client experience and
develop thought leadership content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
FINRA Series 6 or 7 and applicable Insurance licenses required
Relevant certifications such as CFP, ChFC, or RICP preferred
Proven experience in annuity sales or strategy development within a
financial advisory firm
Deep understanding of various annuity products and their role in
financial planning
