Graduate of a Program in Discipline- required

Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology program.
- -Minimum Education
Current compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements for specialty(ies) as appropriate. - -Required Skills
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.

Registry: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer R.D.M.S. within 1 year of hire in:
Abdomen (AB), Breast (BR), OB (OB), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
OR
A.R.R.T. - Ultrasound within 1 year of hire.
- -Minimum Work Experience
Two years work experience in hospital setting (clinical rotation is not applicable) in sonography or radiology preferred. - -Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
