Job Description:

A company is looking for a Coding Quality Coach, responsible for conducting medical coding quality audits and providing feedback to enhance coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform coding quality audits in compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
Complete audits based on quality team's prioritization and support coder performance improvement
Analyze coder reviews and provide feedback to management regarding quality concerns

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 0-2 years of relevant work experience
Certified in ICD-10 coding for home health
