CVOR Tech position at Yavapai Regional Medical Center
Specialty: CVOR Tech
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Common Cases: CABG, Aortic Valve, Mitral Valve, TAVR
Experience required: 1 Year of open heart minimum
Scrubbing required for techs
Charge Nurse and House Supervisor available as resources
Call: on call up to 50% of the time, response time 30 minutes
Weekends: on call up to 50% of weekends
Hospital provides scrubs
EMR: Cerner
Job Requirements
Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS for RNs, BLS only for techs
Experience: 1 Year of open heart minimum
Schedule Information
M-F 0600-1430
On call up to 50% of the time from end of shift to next morning
On call up to 50% of weekends
Unit Specific Information
- Unit: CVOR Tech (Main/West Campus)
-# suites: 6 ORs (1 CVOR), 1 Hybrid room
-# of cases per day: 20-30 (1-2 CV or up to 4 TAVR)

Additional Details
High volume of call (up to 50%) with 30 minute response time
Float to general side when not assigned in CVOR procedures
