Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Outreach
Engagement to develop and execute outreach strategies to engage
target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community
organizations and stakeholders
Lead outreach campaigns and manage events to build awareness and
collaboration
Create content for outreach materials and track the success of
outreach programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing,
Social Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in outreach, community engagement,
or public relations
Proven success in managing outreach programs in diverse community
settings
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with data analysis tools and outreach performance
metrics
