Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant who is
energetic, driven, and highly communicative.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans,
including loan disclosures
Collaborate and proactively communicate with internal and external
parties to ensure loan process accuracy
Provide assistance and status updates to the Loan Originator and
borrower as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of mortgage operations experience
Must be in MST time zone
Experience in ARIVE and UWM preferred
Experience with systems such as Salesforce or ability to learn
systems quickly
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
