is intended to help perform field work related to facility and
equipment issues at all CAPS pharmacies. Performing this function
increases the effectiveness of the department by ensuring that the
pharmacies remain in physical compliance to requirements and that
any required work is done sooner. Responsibilities: Essential
DutiesDesign cleanrooms, equipment, and facilitiesImplement
improvements to pharmaciesProject management of new facilities and
facility improvementsExamine pharmacy equipment and facilities for
wear and function.Initiate repairs and maintenance to facilities
and equipmentResearch alternate methods and equipment needed at
each pharmacyPerform on-site repairs to facilities and equipment
whenever possibleUnder the direction of the manager, hire outside
contractors for performing local service at the pharmaciesProcure
replacement equipmentSupervise work performed by contractors at
each pharmacyTravel to pharmacies to perform or aid in the
completion of projectsRespond to and perform requests for service
and equipment from pharmaciesProvide feedback and status of
on-going projects to managerInitiate projects to correct
deficiencies noted in the fieldResearch and implement cost
improvement projectsAssist other departments as needed to meet
company prioritiesCoordinate, lead, and monitor projects to desired
outcome, as assigned by the Facilities Manager.The job function

work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and
trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical
situations.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a
variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

-Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required:Bachelor's degree (B.S.
Engineering) from four-year college or university and 2-5 years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of 10
years of education and experience.AutocadMicrosoft Office including
Project for WindowsWhile performing the duties of this job, the
employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The
employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and
reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to
stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up
