Experience: L3- 7+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience



Required Skills:

--- In-depth understanding and knowledge/ certification of multiple publishers (Tier 1and Tier 2) such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Citrix, Techsmith, Autodesk, etc.

--- In depth knowledge on ServiceNow SAM Pro

--- Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.

--- Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Processed, CMDB, Service Request Management process.

--- In-Depth knowledge on Publisher license metric.

--- Knowledge of Generating and reviewing software compliance position report.

--- Able to identify opportunities for software harvesting and optimization.

--- Good Presentation skills

--- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.



Roles and Responsibilities:

-- Generate License Compliance positions for Vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle etc.

-- Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.

-- Harvesting & Optimization etc.

-- Day to Day SAM operation work

-- Resource building and Resource planning

-- Training and Mentoring of the team.

-- Escalation handling.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
