Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to
support the recruitment function and enhance the candidate
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring
managers
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time
zones
Ensure proper ATS hygiene and manage job postings
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a Coordinator position, preferably in Talent
Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting
Proficiency with Google Suite
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Ability to handle complex details with sensitivity and
confidentiality
Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone
