Job Description:
We are looking for individuals to fill our Desktop Support and
Help Desk roles in the greater Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and networking
issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner,
escalating complex issues when necessary.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS)
and software applications.
Set up new computers, printers, and other hardware, ensuring proper
configuration and software installation.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to network
resources.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management
to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and email inquiries,
providing high-quality service and clear communication.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for common
technical issues and solutions.
Collaborate with other IT teams to support ongoing IT projects and
initiatives.
Conduct training sessions for end users on new hardware, software,
and IT policies.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring
accurate tracking and proper licensing.
Perform system backups and data recovery as needed.
