Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst - Resource Planning to
support various resource planning functions for clinical programs
while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and adjust staffing and workflow to meet service levels and
performance goals across multiple call center functions
Participate in meetings to discuss workflow, scheduling concerns,
and staffing changes with business partners
Provide and maintain reports and data in relevant workforce
management databases
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service
environment with workforce experience
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis and call center
volume forecasting
6+ months of experience with intraday and real-time monitoring
tools such as Five9, Avaya CMS, or Verint WFM
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
effectively
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's
degree preferred
