Position:Production Tech lJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician I to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Assist in the setup, calibration, and monitoring of production line machinery.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document production processes and outcomes as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of production equipment and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
