Job Description:
A company is looking for an ETF Launch Operations Analyst to
support the planning, coordination, and execution of
Exchange-Traded Fund launches.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines for ETF
launches
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to
track progress on launch deliverables
Maintain detailed project documentation and compile fund data for
reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics,
or a related field
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a
similar role in financial services
Exposure to ETFs, mutual funds, or investment operations is a
strong plus
Basic understanding of ETF operational workflows is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project
management tools is preferred
