Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Development Work
Systems Engineering Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement work and job designs, including task analysis
and validation studies
Analyze existing job roles and processes to identify improvement
opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective jobs
and workflows
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering,
Industrial or Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Understanding of current and emerging artificial intelligence (AI)
technologies in work design
Proficiency in software and tools for job analysis and work
design
Doctoral degree in a related field is preferred
Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
