Job Description and Essential Job Functions

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our amazing team.

Provide technical support to end users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related matters.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Install, configure, support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other end-user devices.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
Collaborate with employees to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution of problems.
IT security protocols and policies to protect the organization's data and systems from potential security breaches.
Perform PM maintenance and repairs.
