Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing/Scheduling Associate II in
Neurology.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain insurance information and provide financial assistance
counseling to patients
Assist with scheduling and registration of patients, including
handling appointment reminders and internal referrals
Explain the billing process to patients and staff, and assist with
basic account maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification or a combination of
education and/or experience
Relevant work experience of 3 years
No specific certification required
A driver's license is not required
