Job Description:
A company is looking for an FP&A Manager I to manage and
coordinate business operations with a focus on financial review and
performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for budgeting, tracking, and
reporting for business and functional areas
Lead a team of analysts in financial reporting and analysis
activities
Assist in ad hoc analysis and reporting for executive
decision-making and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; relevant
experience may substitute for education
Typically 6+ years of progressive finance experience, including
0-2+ years in management
Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements
Leadership abilities in change management, mentoring, and
conducting performance reviews
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare reports
or projections
