A company is looking for a Solutions Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Business Solutions customer experience and account
retention goals
Build relationships with accounts by providing value and
troubleshooting customer issues
Educate accounts on billing techniques and product updates while
tracking account needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of optical industry experience or related
experience
PC proficiency in a Windows-based environment and Microsoft
Suite
Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks
Experience in resolving customer conflict issues professionally
