Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Capacity Management to
lead strategies for Contributor sourcing and engagement in AI data
projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize capacity planning and forecasting tools for
Contributor demand
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project
feasibility and ensure efficient Contributor allocation
Lead initiatives to enhance Contributor lifecycle value and
retention strategies
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in workforce planning or capacity
management, preferably in a technology or AI environment
Proven expertise in demand forecasting and operational
analytics
Strong understanding of AI data project workflows and
requirements
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable
insights from data
Experience managing high-performing teams and driving
cross-functional initiatives
