We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Co-Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. In this role, you will provide operational leadership within your assigned location, working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance in-store presentation and drive sales.
